Mary LaCivita has almost exclusively practiced family law since her year as a Law Clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.  It is her firm belief that in times of crisis, such specialization and depth of knowledge in family law including divorce and paternities benefits her clients and their families.  Mary is respected in the divorce and family law community in Massachusetts by her peers and in the courts.  After an initial consultation, she customizes a strategy that will work for each client’s unique situation.  She balances her skill in negotiations with compassion to get her clients through to the end of a daunting process with respect and integrity.
